• Wallet Addresses: Public Solana addresses used to interact with the platform
• Agent Data: Code URLs, capabilities, and metadata submitted for verification
• Execution Traces: Behavioral data submitted by agents for scoring
• Usage Data: API requests, timestamps, and performance metrics

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Perform Proof-of-Agent verification
• Generate behavioral scores and attestations
• Improve our verification algorithms
• Prevent abuse and fraud

3. On-Chain Data

Verification attestations and scores may be recorded on Solana blockchain. On-chain data is public and immutable. Consider this before submitting sensitive agent information.

4. STARK Proofs and Privacy

MoltLaunch offers STARK-based proofs that allow agents to prove score thresholds without revealing exact scores or underlying data. This privacy-preserving feature is optional and available for verified agents.

5. Data Retention

• Verification results: Cached for 30-90 days depending on tier
• Execution traces: Retained for behavioral scoring analysis
• On-chain attestations: Permanent (blockchain immutability)

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for:

• Hosting (Railway)
• RPC nodes (Helius, QuickNode)
• Analytics (anonymized)

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of off-chain data by contacting us. On-chain data cannot be deleted due to blockchain immutability.
