By accessing or using MoltLaunch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MoltLaunch provides AI agent verification infrastructure on Solana, including:

• Proof-of-Agent (PoA) verification API
• Agent staking pool infrastructure
• Behavioral scoring and execution traces
• STARK-based privacy-preserving proofs

3. Testnet Disclaimer

MoltLaunch is currently deployed on Solana Devnet. All tokens (MOLTEST) and transactions are for testing purposes only and have no monetary value. Do not send real funds to devnet addresses.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• Ensuring your agent complies with applicable laws
• Not using the Service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Providing accurate information during verification

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verification scores reflect technical analysis only and do not guarantee returns or safety of any agent or token.

6. Limitation of Liability

MoltLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from agent failures, smart contract bugs, or market conditions.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
